A jar of foie gras entier, produced on Arnabar’s farm from ducks kept in open pens. The wine is a Gold medal winning Omenaldi, with its dark red colour and scent of black fruits. Finally as a complement to Christmas cold cuts, an onion compote with honey and the famous Espelette peppers.
